Welcome to Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and warm hospitality. Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions, which provide important information about bookings, cancellations, and resort policies.
By making a reservation or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms.
General Terms & Resort Policies
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
All rates are subject to availability and may be amended without prior notice.
Mar Hall is a non-smoking resort. A deep cleaning fee may apply for non-compliance.
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who does not comply with our policies.
Accommodation Bookings
Reservations & Payments
To secure all bookings, a valid credit or debit card is required.
Certain offers and packages may require full prepayment at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required upon check-in unless prepayment has already been made.
Cancellations & Amendments
Reservations must be cancelled or amended at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge for one night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Pet-Friendly Stays
Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms at a fee of £50 per night.
Pets must be supervised at all times and kept on a lead in public areas.
Please note, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, bar, or The Gallery.
Dining & Bar
Advance reservations are recommended for all dining experiences.
A credit card may be required to secure bookings for larger groups or special occasions.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may be subject to a charge.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
Spa & Wellness
Spa Treatments
All spa treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment.
Spa access is available to guests aged 16 and over.
Swimming Pool & Gym
Leisure facilities are complimentary for all hotel guests.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Proper swimwear is required at all times in pool and spa areas.
Golf at Mar Hall
Tee times must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Appropriate golf attire is required on the course.
All golfers must follow course etiquette and pace-of-play guidelines.
Events & Private Bookings
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any event or private hire.
Final payment details and cancellation policies will be specified in your event contract.
The resort reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred during events.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please note that lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Resort Liability & Guest Responsibility
Mar Hall is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
We reserve the right to amend resort policies at any time without prior notice.
