Pet Policy
Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort is proud to be a dog-friendly hotel situated within a 240 acre ancient woodland estate, just a 20-minute drive from Glasgow’s city centre.
A tranquil break away from the hustle and bustle of the city, explore nearby woodland trails with your four-legged companion, with a convenient car park located nearby where pooches can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the scenic River Clyde or take to the Kilpatrick Hills.
Walk along the riverside to Boden Boo Woods or explore Mar Hall Woods, there’s a number of national reserves to be discovered nearby. Read about our fee inclusions and pet policy below.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in the restaurant, bar or Grand Hall. However, dogs are allowed at the hotel, terms and fees apply.

Our Pet Policy & Fee Inclusion
Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort welcomes guests who wish to bring their dogs to stay with them. However, we ask that all dog owners follow our pet policy that is in operation at the Resort.
All dogs must be controlled and supervised at all times. We ask that all dogs are kept on a leash when on hotel property out of consideration for other guests.
Please be aware that there is a £50 pet charge per room per night for the duration of the stay.
All guests must complete a Pet Disclaimer Form.
You can download a copy of the form, which you can bring with you. If not, then you will be asked to complete the form at your arrival at the Resort.

Mar Hall Woods
A scenic escape for off-leash adventures, Mar Hall Woods offers a haven for both canine companions and their human walkers, with 29 acres of stretching woodland to explore.
Mar Hall Woods also has its own dedicated car park just ten minutes from the Resort, ensuring a stress-free start to your furry friend's adventures.
Boden Boo & Erskine Beach
Boden Boo and Erskine Beach offer the perfect coastal escape for you and your furry companion. This scenic National reserve boasts a network of trails, perfect for exploring with your dog on-leash.
Enjoy gentle inclines through woodlands or opt for a walk along the sandy beach at low tide where your pup can splash and play. With stunning views of the River Clyde and ample space to roam, Boden Boo and Erskine Beach guarantee a tail-wagging adventure.
Kilpatrick Hills
Explore the Kilpatrick Hills and challenge yourselves with moderate inclines that reward you with breathtaking panoramic views across the surrounding countryside.
Designated off-leash areas allow your furry friend to roam free (under responsible supervision, of course) and sniff out exciting new scents.
